For those who visited us at the Royal Easter Show in 2021, you would have seen our purpose-built mobile store.
Our mobile store comprises of two x 20-foot containers. The front container provides a full exhibition of our sushi products sitting on a refrigerated display behind glass bar with service counters. The back container serves as our full kitchen fitted with fully automated equipment such as automatic rice washing machine, multi-layered rice steamers; rice mixer/colling machine which only takes 5 minutes to cool down the rice.
