Sushi Hub opened its first store on 16 October 2006 in an alley way in Cabramatta. By the end of 2019 Sushi Hub will have at least 80 stores operating across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory, Western Australia, Northern Territory and South Australia.
Both management and staff are constantly working together to deliver the freshest and top quality sushi to our customers. Sushi Hub products are sourced locally and delivered daily to ensure its quality. All Sushi Hub chefs are required to undergo a minimum of twelve months training to become an independent chef for each outlet. Sushi Hub believes in providing the best environment and coaching system to secure the most suitable staff in each position. Sushi Hub management also believes that providing opportunities to the younger staff is vital as they are the future of its business.
Serving sushi is a labour of love between our chefs and our customers. Sushi Hub has bonded by our love of classical sushi and has subsequently created our sublime menu that is full of flavours including: Maki Roll, Sushi Box, Sashimi & Salad, Inari, Nigiri and Sushi Platters. Sushi Hub signature dishes which appeal to the eyes as well as your palate are the Fresh Tasmanian Salmon Roll; Crispy Free Range Chicken Roll and Tuna Salad Roll. Our sushi boxes and salad boxes are equally popular. Brown rice option is available on request at selected stores for sushi lovers who are looking for a healthful staple with low GI and high fibre option.
Sushi Hub aims to open 100 stores nationally by 2020.
