Purchases made online are to be collected at the store of your choice during its normal operating hours on the day designated for pickup. To ensure maximum freshness and for food safety reasons, we suggest all food collected to be refrigerated ASAP and must be consumed within 3 hours from the time of pick up.
Please note that the credit card transaction is conducted through Westpac Payway System, credit card numbers are not stored on our servers to ensure your security.
All checkout pages with the http://www.sushihub.com.au/store/ website are sent over SSL/TLS connections. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) cryptographic protocol technology by using both server authentication and data encryption.
Please make every endeavour to ensure that the product type, message, pick up date and nominated store are correct before you place your order. Once you have confirmed and paid for your order, no changes are permitted. The order will be charged to your account accordingly.
If you decide to cancel 24 hours before the pickup time, a cancellation fee of $10.00 will apply. Sushi Hub will refund, net of cancellation fee, to your nominated card.
There is no refund for any cancellation less than 24 hours before the pickup time.
The above cancellation terms apply to both Online and Instore orders.

Sushi Hub will endeavour to provide allergen-free or gluten free products if requested by the customer but traces of allergens or gluten may be unintentionally present in food due to cross-contamination during store operations.
We cannot guarantee 100% that our products are allergen or gluten free.
Subject to law, Sushi Hub will not be liable for any costs, fees, claims, damages, charges whatsoever, including medical and dental costs, if a customer has any adverse reaction to a product sold through a Sushi Hub store.
