After 10 years of hard work in building the Sushi Hub brand, we will be launching close to 40 stores by end of 2016. We believe in branching out to all areas of Sydney will bring convenience to our customers outside of Sydney CBD.

Our stores location stretches from (north) Kotara to (south) Campbelltown, (east) Sydney CBD to (west) Penrith. We cover an area of nearly 5000 square kilometre, servicing over 20,000 customers daily in Sydney alone. In Melbourne, we currently have 2 stores in the city (Melbourne QV and 55 Swanston Street) and there are 4 more stores soon to be opened before end of June this year.

Both management and staff are constantly working together to deliver the freshest and top quality sushi to our customers. Our products are sourced locally and delivered daily to ensure its quality. All our sushi chefs are required to undergo a twelve months training to become an independent chef for each outlet. We believe in providing the best environment and coaching system to secure the finest staff to work in the most suitable position. Management believes in providing the best support to younger staff is the future of our business. All staff are appraised regularly and rewarded accordingly.

Serving sushi is a labour of love between our chefs and our customers. We have bonded by our love of classical sushi and have subsequently created our sublime menu that are full of flavours including six most popular categories inclusive of: Maki Roll, Sushi Box, Sashimi & Salad, Inari, Nigiri and Soup. Our signature dishes which appeal to the eyes as well as your palate are Tuna Salad Roll; Fresh Salmon Roll, Crispy Chicken Roll and Tempura Prawn Roll under the Maki Roll category. Otherwise our Seafood Deluxe Box and Assorted Sushi Box are equally popular. Brown rice option is available on request at selected stores for sushi lovers who are looking for a healthful staplewith low GI and high fibre option.
